in New York City. The horses were kept on the 2nd floor.
It was a very neat old place (recently closed)....

When we went to the New York World's Fair, I was upset I couldn't get Dad to drive us by it.
The book was about stable management and discussed how it was possible to properly manage a stable just about anywhere.
