I could tell she was super-religious, but this latest post was of the White House with black smoke coming out of it. "Black Smoke: 1400 days without a budget." And whose fault is that?
Thing is, she remembers standing up for me when I was being bullied way back when. Do I need to tell her that she voted for a bully last fall?
My friend since 1st grade is a Repub. The last political discussion we had was about the presence (or non-presence) of WMDs in Iraq in the run up to that war. She said they were there, I said no way. She has never made another political comment and I have refrained from I told you so. All remains well.

She lives in Texas now, that doesn't help.

They mostly only show up on my page to comment on pics of my daughter or my dogs, or recipes I cross post. They know better than to start a political pissing contest when they're going to be outnumbered 200 - 5.
