Sony is doing the same dumb thing again...

Sony president, Kaz Hirai, seems to be content on repeating the company’s PlayStation 3 launch mistake by holding off PlayStation 4 (Orbis) release until Microsoft has launched its Xbox 360 predecessor (Durango). -

That more than anything was what knocked Playstation off its throne. The Playstatin 3 cost almost as a much as a computer when it first came out. No wonder everybody went for 360's and Wiis instead.

Announced prices, $300 for the XBox 720, the PS4 will cost $600 - 700.
