Back in the day I fooled with martial arts just a little. A kata will work more than arms and legs. If you don't cultivate strength and flexibility between your groin and neck, you can't do it right. I expect yoga is a whole lot more of the same.

I was never able to do a hand stand. I've probably got the strenght to do what she describes there, but I'm nowhere near flexible enough. That's just amazing.
