Went thru a 6 month period of them overcharging me,
me calling to complain
them promising to fix the error
them making NEW "mistakes" on the subsequent bills
until
I called, asked for a supervisor, and asked her to speak slowly as I was typing up the encounter to post on an online
community site.
The bills were correct from then on
PLUS
the 2nd month after that call they sent me a credit for over 100.00, making my current bill only 10.00.
Have had a correct bill ever since.
used the "saved" money to buy my star this fall.
Power to the Inter-Tubes!!!
