Duck tape - EZ Start clear cellophane, or something like it. Or, if the plane's a foamy, there's a good foam glue that would work.

It's probably fixable, but it looks like it needs to be trimmed.

Mr. froggy builds and flies model planes, and sometimes he crashes them and brings them home in a bucket. Several of his planes are mostly tape now, but they fly just fine.

Although perhaps "thinking" didn't factor into the incident.
