Of course, it's three hours earlier there than here.

I'm up because I'm sick -- came down with chills, fever, and a bad stomach ache last night after work. I'll live, but I may have a slow day tomorrow, just kind of drag myself around. I have to go to work, though, things I need to get done.

I"m really sorry you have to go to work.

You might warn your boss or whoever might be there, to stay away from you. You don't want them to catch whatever you have.

You REALLY should stay home.
