Walking Dead return smashes ratings record, creams the Grammys

wow - even beats out Modern Family and was close to American Idol.


A new "Walking Dead" record was set as the zombie apocalypse series returned on Sunday night. According to EW.com on Feb. 11, the returning show brought in 12.3 million viewers with a 6.1 rating for adults 18-49.

What makes this new record even more impressive is the fact that "The Walking Dead" was going head-to-head with The Grammys and won big time.

Blood and Chrome. Yeah, I choose the BSG pilot movie over Walking Dead. SyFy must want it to fail putting it up against Walking Dead.
