Use a local, independent florist. Last year I used PF only to find that they put the flowers in plastic bags and box then use UPS to ship them to your recipient. Needless to say, they looked like shit and had yet to open from buds. They were also a day late as the UPS truck didnt make it to our neighborhood. No one wants to receive a box that has bounced around a UPS truck all day only to then open a plastic bag and have to arrange their own flowers.
Go with a local florist who will hand deliver the arrangement to your honey pie looking their best.
