Cat caught trying to help inmates escape from jail

(SGAP/CNN) - A cat is accused of helping some Brazilian inmates escape from jail.

Authorities in Brazil say they busted a wayward cat roaming the jail with saws and drills strapped to its body.

The ingenious convicts at Alagoas jail evidently trained the cat to deliver mobile phones and tools they needed to tunnel out of the building.

Authorities say each of the jail's 263 are suspects in the smuggling attempt.

But prison officials acknowledge it will be hard to know who's really responsible, since their four-legged accomplice isn't talking.

I hope that isn't duct tape.

And anyone that trains a cat to do anything should use their mad skills as a productive member of society!
