I live about 85 miles to the east and we're putting up the house up for sale since my father passed away last May and my brother and I have a difficult relationship. Funds are also limited at this time.

Money (or lack thereof) may be a deciding factor for me, too. But it's pretty cool just knowing that she'll be in town.
