One day, if I ever do become a father, and I can only have one child, I would prefer to have a daughter.

I tend to think discipline and civility is inculcated in most martial arts.

Even boxing tends to teach such a thing.

That's what is so great about it.
When someone looks to be enjoying something like that. It becomes so much fun.

It also becomes a leg up to try to keep someone active and doing physical activities when one grows older.
