i still remember the first time i ever saw someone wearing their pants halfway down their butt.

i was picking up my daughter after school at her jr. high
saw a boy dressed like that getting in the passenger seat of his mom's car.
i said to my daughter: what's up with that kid?
daughter says: it's a fashion thing.
ugh.
then i probably said: what's up with his mom?

i've seen/been through quite a few fashion statements (granny dresses, indian headbands, ripped jeans, mid-drifts, hot pants, flashdance leg warmers, tights, sideways/backwards caps) but this pants thing "takes the cake" imo
