Doctors are *not* happy, are rebelling on MediCARE changes?!1 (If it's GD, I'll be told)

MD told retiree that she HAS to IMPROVE on her diabetes score by one full point OR ELSE the MD's MediCARE payment will be cut.

I'm headed toward a conflict/problem here.

because they will be better able to treat their patients they way they want.

There appears to be mixed feelings on the law among people in the medical profession.
