Three kayakers scouted Ozone Falls and its 100-foot drop that no one had dared run in a kayak previously and saw it raging after the torrential rainfall in the Southeast. "Honestly, it looked like...you could knock yourself out or break your back," Chris Gragtmans told Canoe & Kayak. Scared, but knowing it was possible to run, Pat Keller geared up for a first descent of Ozone Falls in Cumberland County, Tennessee.

and early this coming summer we are going to go tackle some class 3-3+ rapids with a guide.. It's a 30 Km run with 2 class 3 spots and a class 3+ that is 500m in length.. I would never go off a 100 foot waterfall, but it is one of the funnest watersports I have ever tried.

It's a crossover because we do a lot of easy runs on the rivers here and the straight up creek boats aren't well suited for lazy get drunk and float down the river days...
