Small things... they make a difference

I am unemployed and about to turn 50.

But, I am pretty happy about a new parka I bought on sale (more than half off!). I realized that my ratty old winter coat was doing nothing for my self image. So, I bought a new one. It was a reasonable, affordable thing I could do for myself and... dang... it helped.

And the moral is... not sure there is one. But I feel great in the new coat.

In cold climates.
It's mostly T shirts and shorts here in coastal Alabama.

Yep, it's the 'little' things in life.
