Having run out of decent TV, finally watching Downton Abbey, and

only got to begin with Season 2, so went to wikipedia to try and figure out the backstory and who is who etc, and gee, if you haven't seen the series yet, DO NOT go looking at wiki for answers, cuz they don't put a SPOILER ALERT anywhere!

All I wanted to know was how everyone was related! But instead, in the character descriptions, there are things like "widower of.... " etc. And all sorts of serious spoilers for those of us who haven't seen it yet.

Still, I'm enjoying the series. Only a few episodes into Season 2.

I wanted to learn the characters before I began the series (which I was able to do with a little help). If I didn't do this first, I knew I would get confused and lose interest.

(If you click on "download printable file" at the bottom, you can also view summaries of each character...it's a fantastic overview)

I'm loving it!
