The British have a big thing for hats and fascinators, and some of them are quite funny. A lot of the women look like they have a satellite dish attached to the side of their head. I get a chuckle out of it. Beatrice's eye makeup is overdone, but I think she's a lovely young woman.

fortune which she then donated to a charity. It may seem silly to you but I think the silly one is the person that paid thousands of pounds for that hat. I think it was a clever move and I hope she does it again.
