what is the folder system like in Windows 8?

in the past, the folder system is the thing that most affected me when switching to a new operating system.

Most recently with Windows 7, I hated it at first but then I saw what it did with the folder system and I love it. I spend most of my work day drilling down through my company's ridiculously deep folder hierarchy, and with Windows 7, most of the time the folders I need are automatically bookmarked in a way, as I access them.

When I hear people talking about Windows 8, that aspect is what I wonder about...
