Michonne opens a door in Woodbury and finds a little girl chained in a closet. The girl has a bag over her head and her hands are strapped to her sides. Michonne, shocked, puts her sword down and tells the girl to come forward. She unchains the girl and begins to remove the bag off her head....

(1,569 posts)have a choice about whether to "kill" the zombie girl or not. I think the surprise and shock of seeing a zombie child in that situation would be the one way Michone could be surprised enough to get bitten.

(1,569 posts)I'm pretty sure Michone is destined to become part of the survivor group, so I agree (I think) that she won't be bitten, but I don't think it is totally implausible or out of the writer's reach. If I were to guess, I think the girl will be used/revealed to discredit the governor in some type of stand-off.

Edited post: though I was hoping someone would push him into his aquarium of heads and the undead heads could have at him.

(56,829 posts)I would guess... Looking at Andrea, she has Rick & company who abandonded her after shooting her boyfriend Shane, vs the Governor who has given her safety, showers and sex.

(18,705 posts)I do wonder if Andrea is totally taken with the Gov.
Maybe she is using him, she would make a great spy.
Working her way into the inner circle of the place.
Andrea was looking at the Governor family picture of his wife and daughter.
She will know who the zombie daughter is.
Spike89
(1,569 posts)Andrea knows this. She also knows that they (the Woodbury folk) don't have that much experience with walkers. I don't think discovering that the Governor is a doting father hoping to cure his daughter is enough to turn her. There must be much more evil exposed than just that I think.
Also adding: we forget because it happened between seasons, but Andrea spent about 9 months with Michone and her "pet" zombies. I just won't buy her getting totally freaked out by the zomdaughter.

(18,705 posts)I bet she founds some more really creepy secrets yet.
She wasn't that happy with the test zombie.
Right now she likes the safety of the town, but she is an outsider.
I think if she really had to choose she would pick the group over the Governor.
Spike89
(1,569 posts)In the super slow moving 2nd season, she spent virtually all of it as an outsider or aligned with Shane. The only other strong connection she had was pretty rocky with the old guy. Both Shane and the Winnebago man are dead. Right there, you don't have a strong pull for her to rejoin the group, but add in the fact that the group (from her perspective) abandoned her at the farm and she's pretty close to Merle in having no reason to choose the prison group over Woodbury. Merle of course has active feuds with some of the prison folk of course, but he also has a brother in the group.
All that said, I do expect the writers to have Andrea choose to go with Rick's group. I just hope they make her decision plausible...I'm still a bit peeved that they neglected to give Michone a real incentive to leave Woodbury. Sure, once she left she was proven correct, but...

(56,829 posts)I am sure they are going to have something where Andrea reconciles with the rest of the group, though it might not be until the end of the season. However, I am guessing that things will be a bit soured between them, unless Rick, Daryl or somebody does something dramatic.
I have no idea how things will play out, though, as it has been quite a departure from the Graphic Novels.

In the GN, the group never split up, and Michonne arrived while Rick and company were at the prison. Dale was still alive, and was continuing his affair with Andrea. And, it was Dale who had the leg amputated following a walker bite, not Hershel. (I wonder if Hershel will now have Dales epic GN death?) And, of course, a guy named Tyreese joined the group before Michonne.
The GN Governor was also more of a sadistic and psychotic bastard, as opposed to TV Governor, who is kind of a smooth talking charmer, much more of a politician.

(56,829 posts)you've been warned, in case Hershel goes out the same way.

In the comics, the group runs into some trouble with some of the living that had resorted to cannibalism for food...
they were a rough bunch. Dale is then captured by the cannibal group. They soon start torturing him to give up the rest of the group, and Dale starts taunting them to no end, kind of out of character for him. I think they ate somebody in front of him as well. They then chop off an arm, or his other leg, and start to eat it in front of him. Dale then has the last laugh, though, as he reveals that he was just bitten by a walker before he was captured, so now theyre all infected, too.

She may put the zombie child back but she knows where it is.
So many ways this show can go.
