I remember him making turkey salad with the leftovers but i can't remember what all he put in it.

All I know is nothing I've tried is as good as his was. Mayo is the only ingredient I'm sure of.


It shouldn't be this hard.

Dry breast meat requires, small bites, adequate mastication and some sort of drink, just in case... (mild hiatal hernia)

They just go together so perfectly on a sandwich. Choose white, rye, whole wheat, Italian hero or French bread. Crisp lettuce adds a nice freshness too. (Don't forget to salt & pepper it.)

I'm no longer a meat eater, but back when I did eat it, it was unthinkable to have a post-Thanksgiving turkey sandwich without hot sauce. My sandwich also had gravy and cranberry sauce.

there will be no white bread or mayo involved.

I'll take the open face.

For a more mundane sandwich, it will be sprouted grain bread, # 7 mustard, pepper rings, sliced tomato and onion, and fresh spinach.
