I do enjoy the day after. No cooking or cleaning up for me!

I get home Friday, and no leftovers!

That is if my daughter can find sugar pumpkins. She's heading out shortly to hit the farmers' market and grocery store.
Actually, I like the trimmings better than the turkey, both at the dinner and the next day.
