Caramelization is responsible for a big part of the flavor component of coffee. If it had a patron saint, I would build a shrine to it.

Love it... but.

Caramel, taffy, toffee, gummy bears, etc. A real hassle.

Maybe the reason I have dentures is all of the caramel I ate?
