Ok, which one of you DUers was driving drunk in Delaware this morning

I'm behind htis green Toyota, an older care and non-delaware plates.

First she asks directions from someone crossing the street. The light was red so probably a good time to ask and when she is done she slams on the gas going thru the red light. Even the guy who gave directions was baffled.

The lights are timed so by the time I get up to the next light it's green and she's just stopped there not moving. This a woman who couldn't wait to run a redlight now seems to think green lights not only means stop but to stop your car in a way that blocks both lanes so you can get past her.

So I politely honk my horn, thinking perhaps the woman was asleep and the fact I really wanted to get around this crazy driver. I get the finger shot at me. So then I lay on the horn because the light is green but probably changing soon, she honks the horn and then goes right.

Of course that right was onto a major highway that cuts thru Wilmington AND only goes one way - which um, was not right.

I hope nobody got injured by this crazy driver!
