I also watched Hogan's Heroes, My Favorite Martian, Mr. Ed, Hazel, Pettycoat Junction, Green Acres, Perry Mason, and a lot of other things, but Gilligan's Island was where entertainment ended and stupidity entered. It's only gotten worse since then. Snooki? Octomom? Kardashians? WTF?
