Hi Gang, I'm back (sort of)

I am sending this from a neighborhood public library as I've had power outage in my area since 6:15 pm Monday when the storm hit.

You may not hear from me for awhile; but rest assured I'm OK. My residence had no damage, but there are fallen trees and downed power lines in the area (although I DO have my landline and my cellphone, plus running water and hot water (but no heat or electricity)

It may still take a few days before I get electricity back, so in the meantime I'm staying with my mother's place, which came through OK.

Just wanted to drop this line in case anybody was asking. Thanks.

Love you all.

As for the election: Keep. On. Pushing.

FORWARD.

Sorry, but Lounge Lizard that I am, I'm not familiar with your screen name. I see from your profile that you may be more familiar in GD.
My brothers in Massachusetts had their power and phone/internet go out on Monday night, but it was restored quickly.
In which state do you live, if I may ask?

The main problem in Westchester is the power outage caused by falling trees.

Enjoy your Mom. Glad everything seems ok in your world just a bit of inconvenience. It could always be much worse.
