Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsIt is a little early but it is time for The Walking Dead thread.
I joined a Walking Dead forum and I read a few spoilers.
A repeat of last week's episode episode will be on before the new episode.
Just 90 minutes to wait.

(2,135 posts)Hey, you just saw a touching moment where a daughter tells her father to not be afraid to die, because she will be fine, but let's joke about his bloody stump!

I could smell the zombie watching Carol with her knife.
What I like about this show is everyone is dirty, and smelly.
They are lean and mean, just like they would have to be.

I thought maybe it was a live person, looking to ambush the prison now that Rick & Co. have wiped out so many of the prison-yard zombies.

Looked like in the previews for next week that more of the story focuses on those two in a different area from the prison.
Pretty stupid to have Carol out there on her own, though. Live people now seem much more dangerous than the dead, unless they're in herds...

(56,829 posts)I don't remember the early prison stuff from the comics, so how it played out was a bit of a surprise to me.
Strong action - Rick is becoming a bad-ass now, too.
Why did they let Carol out there alone to do the autopsy? The two remaining prisoners could possibly loop around & snag her, no?
What exactly did Rick say to Lori at the end - I missed what he said.

(5,604 posts)he reminds me of the Geico gecko. The actress that plays Maggie is British too.

(13,661 posts)He played Mark, who was hopelessly in love with Keira Knightly's character who married his best friend...
He's leaner now, and without the accent, I just did not recognize him.

(5,604 posts)Ok, so thats a huge improvement. Instead of being a pest, now he's gonna become Glen's character on steroids.
Biggest surprise... how the inmate shit went down. I'm sure that those inmates will factor into the future episodes but... Tiny gettin whacked like that is surprising because traditionally, the 'big black inmate' type always has some redeeming and endear-able qualities.... well I guess we'll never know. I thought the gang leader was going to be a formidable threat too... well not to be. I get the feeling that the last 2 prisoners will join the group soon though, after their period of probation is over.
Edited to add. I counted the number of shots that the gang leader fired, expecting it to be a factor, given the amount of mini-standoffs that occurred in this episode. But meh.

(27,711 posts)...total change from the series to date. Even with the run-in with the other band in late season 2, there has essentially been no one else alive to comprise an external community.
