Help me please if you can. I bought a Unlocked clone phone from China and a sim from Straight talk

But I cant get the phone to connect to the service provider. I have checked with straight talk and they say the Sim is activated and the service plan is in place and there is ample coverage in my area yet the phone just starts up says, "searching for network" and then "no service".

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

The phone is a clone of the Samsung Galaxy 3 - I9300 dual sim. Yes, I have the sim in the GSM slot and have tried switching it to the other.

Is there something I can do to get this to work? Thanks in advance.

If not, maybe take the phone and all the paperwork to a Radio Shack or a Straight Talk counter. They will probably help.
