Yeah!!!! Now I feel more like a citizen here in Arizona! I have a Arizona ID, a residence, and now I can vote here too! All I need now is a job and I'll really feel like my old self!

(47,675 posts)... I did hear one valid argument for it - just one. Many schools have abandoned teaching cursive. That's how you develop your signature. It is feasible that a generation from now kids will only know how to print their names - no signatures. That would make it hard to validate poll registration books. That's the only valid argument I've heard.

(14,120 posts)After one losses everything, things like IDs and being able to vote becomes like valuable items that means everything. Having a address is the holy grail. I hope no one ever has to find out how much these things mean because of the pain that comes with the loss.
