What are your thought on the NFL negotiating stance with their refs?

Will it hurt the league?
Will a player get injured because of a call or non-call?
Will the number of penalties rise dramatically?
What point are they trying to make?

than the officials are asking for to fund pensions. The NFL owners are being petty, greedy assholes and trying to bust the union.
