We do strictly vegetarian chili, using bulghur wheat or TVP instead of ground animal parts. We also like it very well spiced. Our cayenne and habanero peppers did rather well this year so we should be well stocked for a while. We've got enough tomatoes to make more salsa and with our own cilantro and onions. I'm also making a caprice salad with the cherry tomatoes. Did I get off topic here?

Was all set to make some Friday night but got a request for chicken and rice instead. It was good, but I still have not made chili and I keep on thinking about it. It's calling my name. It's singing sweet songs in my head. It's drawing me in...


Gawd, I really want chili right NOW!!!!!!!
