(14,487 posts)I'd rather hear them than Usher any day of the week! But shit happens when you try to cram too many acts into one festival.

(38,007 posts)As I remarked at another site, I haven't seen a good old-fashioned rock&roll freakout in a long damned time.

(6,581 posts)You may or may not know, but Green Day is one of my favorite bands.
And honestly, I could have done what he did more than once in the past week or so. I kept my cool because well, where I was. But I sure wanted to.
Thanks, you, as are many others in the Lounge, are the best!

(29,582 posts)They made shitloads of money in the 90s ripping off obscure bands from the 80s.
Nice work if you can get it.

(5,909 posts)I have seen them in concert 3 times, and they always played for 2 and a half hours minimum. They rock, and want to put on a great show for their fans.
I want the shirt he he wearing!

(248 posts)He probably just got too stoned; someone either overreacted or saw him as a 5150 flaming out. Too bad. Hope he wasn't using pharmaceuticals. THOSE are deadly. Excuse me, but, who is this Usher? Didn't he bring us Justin Bieber? Green Day's great.

(5,909 posts)Being a fan since Dookie came out, I have read several interviews with him and the band and they all made no bones about the fact they loved to drink. He said he quit smoking weed a long time ago since he has teenagers.
Like I said, good vibes to him; he's extremely talented.
