I was sitting on the platform waiting for the subway. Canned recording playing overhead "Smoking is prohibited on the platform.
Guy sitting next to me was sifting through a huge pile of cigarette butts, hoping to find a fag end he could light up. He wasn't having any luck, they were all smoked right down to the filter.
But no smoking on the platform.
