Enraged by the discussion on Alex Wagner last night about how rtump just might beat all these indictments by delaying and delaying? Damn!

1. The truth is what it is.

Sometimes it is painful.

I heard Michael Schmidt say flat out that Garland waited 2 years before investigating Trump and now Jack Smith is at the mercy of the courts. Trump is using his appeals to delay trials until after the election.

What was stated during that segment is a page of history now etched in stone.

Time mattered then and now. When we get Trump to court he loses, his strategy all of his life has been to delay.

It took E. Jean Carroll and Letitia James over 4 years to bring Trump to court. Jack Smith is trying his best. I guarantee when the trial date gets closer to the election Garland will shut Smith down.
