UPDATE

The Town of Garner continued to clean up Monday after an EF1 tornado whipped through the Wake County town. By the end of the day, the town reported that 21 houses had been damaged, including four that are not safe enough to live in. No one was injured.

my son's flying from Phoenix today. it seems ironic. we haven't had any weather since forever and on the one day he's flying in to RDU it's under a tornado watch or warning. aargh
