I am seeing a lot of sub 15-10 second videos on YouTube.

Any way to prevent this?

A new trendy thing. If they annoy you, spend your online time elsewhere.

One view on a 10 second video to them is the same as one view on a 1 hour video.

There's choices including "under 4 minutes" and "4-20 minutes"... it's not perfect as some songs are under 4 minutes.

The shorts are annoying. I guess it's youtube competing with tiktok.
