True Story: I went out of town for a couple days for work and met a co-worker at the out of town site. We went out to dinner one night while there and were met by a friend of my co-worker who lived in the area. Well we noticed that this friend had brought some friend of his that neither of us knew. This kid was a clown from the bottom up...skinny little white kid with all the gangsta looking baggy pants and sideways hat and Flava Flav gold colored chains - I swear I thought he was on his way to a costume party because he did not give off the vibe of being OG no matter how hard he was trying.

My co-worker's friend took us aside and apologized (sort of) for bringing the extra kid - he said he showed up at his house to help him with some work he had to do and then just kept hanging around and he felt bad to kick him out so he brought him with.

But the BEST part was when the kid started talking and he was slobbering all over himself and I looked closer to see why and discovered he had his teeth covered in gold foil from a cigarette pack. I couldn't hold back any longer and exclaimed "WTF is THAT, dude?" and he says "Thash mah grill, bra...I'm skrate up gangsta! Chicks LOVE gangstas!"

My co-worker and I laughed our asses off the rest of the night and still laugh about it to this day...he doesn't even work here any more but every once in a while we call each other up just to say "SKRATE UP GANGSTA!"

but I did get why the friend brought him along...I don't think the kid could have fed himself on his own. I say "kid" but he was a young adult. Just many years younger than I am. A dumb, innocent kid trying to fit in and the friend was just trying to protect him (which I can admire and appreciate) but we couldn't help laughing. It was just too ridiculous.

I honestly believe he thought we were impressed by his grill.

One of these things is not like the others,
One of these things just doesn't belong,
Can you tell which thing is not like the others
By the time I finish my song?

Did you guess which thing was not like the others?
Did you guess which thing just doesn't belong?
If you guessed this one is not like the others,
Then you're absolutely...right!
