(1,013 posts)Already got a flood advisory from NOAA for our area from Thursday night thru Friday. TWC's Jim Cantore amazes me!
BUT, have to report this: Being from that Sacred Tomato Valley in N. Calif. it is just normal to check the USGS quake map. Today was unusual, A total of 7 quakes from 4:50 a.m. thru
6:04 a.m.
1.9 at 4:50 a.m. 9 miles from Imperial
1.2 at 5:29 a.m. 27 miles from Santa Rosa
1.8 at 5:30 a.m. 15 miles from El Centro
3.3 at 5:46 a.m. in the Pacific 41 miles from Eureka
1.7 at 6:00 a.m. 7 miles from Calexico
3.5 at 6:01 a.m. 19 miles from Kernville
1.9 at 6:04 a.m. 15 miles from Coso Junction
