I remember seeing pictures of her when she was younger and it seemed she had a very flat upper lip. Even in some of her earlier movies, her lips did not seem large. But people argued with me that she's always had large, extra full lips and I couldn't find the old pictures. I don't' care about her lips but the injections she gets now make the upper lip seem swollen.
