I like their debut self-titled album and Evil Empire the best so I suggest you start there.

damn I feel old. I hadnt heard of them until I was standing in line waiting to get in to Lollapalooza back in July of 93. They started playing as the gates were opened. It was over from there. Ive seen them 3 times and Tom a few more as a solo act.

IMO, each one is not quite as good as the one before it, but they are all still pretty good.

Start with their self-titled debut, then Evil Empire, then the Battle of Los Angeles, and then the cover album (can't remember what that one is called).

*On edit*

I also forgot to mention some of their non-album cuts that appeared on various movie soundtracks, etc. They had a song on 'The Crow' soundtrack and one on the 'Higher Learning' soundtrack as well. Those are pretty good too.
