Do you have a family phone plan?

I am the only one on my phone plan. I know my brother, sister in law & our mom share a plan, my sister shares with her adult kid & the spouse. Last brother has a flip phone only.

Husband and myself, both kids, son-in-law and granddaughter. Guess who pays the whole bill. That’s going to end soon when DH retires.

And mommy still pays for their phones. My daughter-in-law is not on the list because her parents still pay for hers.

It's called tracfone and I pay $20/mo for unlimited minutes and data, I use it to call my family. Does that count?

So they bought her an android & put her on their plan. When they got her the android phone, her only internet access was on a computer at the library room downstairs in her senior only building for 20 minutes a day. The plague shut that down, hard & fast. Mom was sort of resistant to a "damn fancy schmancy phone"; she is now posting daily memes & has a group chat with her elderly sisters in law. She & I do have some interesting" tech talks" though.

So yeah, I think your tracphone counts, but the middle of the night internet access is so important these days.

That if I were a high bandwidth, high data user I might feel differently but I only use it for phone calls and texts. Sometimes people send me texts with pictures, I see them with no trouble. Some also send me links to websites and videos but I don't open those on my phone and I never use the camera.

I was just being a toad but it does kinda fit.

(Dumbass) daughter #2, texted a topless photo of herself to her current sweetie.
Daughter did not realize that her parents could see her texts. 19yr olds 'in love's are not the smartest.

Fireworks were immense. Daughters now have their own phone lines & bills.
Hence my query today.

( Honestly I laughed, hard, I'm so glad I do not have kids)
