Does anyone know why the women's soccer game, US vs Canada won't allow recording?

It's one now. Started 2:45 pm EST, but it's not allowing me to record.

DVR isn't full or close to it.

I've never heard of the cable company restricting recording of a channel at a certain time but I have had my DVR too full to take any new recordings.
