Any steel guitar players on DU? I need advice
My father and brother both play guitar, but not steel guitar. Didn't care much for the sound when I was a child, but as I grew up, it grew on me more and more. I have never picked up a guitar, but I would be interested in learning steel guitar.
Do any of you play either lap or pedal steel guitar? Would this be a good instrument for an absolute beginner? And are there any decent manuals or resource materials out there?
