This was a response in the Des Moines Iowa paper when one of their entertainment writers reviewed a 1980 Grateful Dead show in Des Moines.
Dear Pat Beech..
The grateful dead were experimenting with different time signatures, rhythms and genres of music while you were messing in your pants and listening to the Archie's!
