The administration is wrong. They see dollars instead of sick people.

I'm trying to talk the admins into offering us a production bonus. So many $X for going over quota. Lots of medical organizations do that. It won't make me any happier, but at least it will make being exhausted and soul-crushed a little more comfortable...
