TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Pima County Sheriff's Deputy Tom Peine released a statement today about
the volunteer who was caught on camera littering in the desert yesterday.

Tucson News Now's Kevin Adger was covering a story about a body found on the southwest side Tuesday.

During his interview, viewers could see someone in the background throwing
a piece of trash into the desert. Many viewers were outraged.
