Scripthelper is part of the AVG toolbar. If you recently installed or updated your AVG anti-virus software then scripthelper.exe is most likely safe.

There is a small chance that a virus program could be masquerading as scripthelper. If you **did not** install or update AVG then you should be suspicious of this program, but otherwise it is most likely legitimate.
