(205,995 posts)But a version that worked - usually one that ends with .jpg. I figured that out after we couldn't use Photobucket anymore (which I'd learned about on DU). The only issue is that you can't change the size, like we could with Photobucket.

(33,643 posts)and get a menu where one entry says 'Search Google for Image'.
Then click on the first pic in the results and you'll see tons of copies of the same pic all over the internet.
You just have to find one that either has a .jpg or .gif extension (those are the ones DU knows how to handle/display in a post), right click and Copy Image Address. Or rather I do it the other order, right click pics, copy, and paste that link into the browser bar. If it's jpg/jpeg/gif it will PROBABLY work on DU.
Some links won't work because of how the software on the site it appears on is set up. Deep linking may not be possible, and DU needs a site that allows deep links to work to display pics from it on the forum. This is trial and error though. The DU preview button is helpful.
If you can find a copy on a hosting site like Imgur those should work.
Here's one I found on imgur through the above means.

(22,899 posts)I had one cat who just kept it in her mouth so that it would eventually dribble out. Another would shake her head and the med splattered all over the walls.

(21,606 posts)the cat's favorite flavor of canned food. Normally she gets dry food, so canned is a special treat. I use only a teaspoon of the canned food to make sure she eats it all.
Much easier than struggling to get it into her mouth and down her throat.
