But, seriously the NAHCP (National Association for Home Care and Hospice) should have been all over this when the republican propaganda went out on the "death panels". They should have put ads out or at least got on as many talk shows as possible to educate people about what we do and choices families can make that yes will save ooodles of dollars and often lead to a more peaceful death than in an ICU on machines and tubes. Plus the fact that people often live longer on hospice.
