HOLIDAY, Fla., June 27 (UPI) -- Authorities in Florida said they arrested a man who neighbors said was naked when he used a golf club to smash up a car that was stranded by floodwaters. Pasco County sheriff's deputies said a pizza delivery driver abandoned the car when it stalled in floodwaters Sunday night in Holiday and returned the following day to find the side mirror had been smashed off, a headlight had been ripped out, the roof was caved in and the doors were open, allowing floodwater to enter the vehicle, the Tampa Times reported Wednesday ... The neighbors said Hill was "completely naked" when he pummeled the car with a gold club and told neighbors who confronted him that he was claiming the car as his own ..,

A St. Augustine woman said she saw a naked man running through a park in her neighborhood Wednesday.

And she has a photo to prove it

Schmelz and her son drove to the park at the end of the Coronado neighborhood off Wildwood Drive, she said. When they pulled up next to the park, they saw a naked man sitting on a swing set.

The man jumped up and ran toward the picnic table, where he picked up some things and jumped into a blue Honda Odyssey minivan, she said. She was able to snap a photo of him as he ran away.

Update: Man accused of being naked in park arrested

Detectives with the Sheriff's Office Special Victims' Unit obtained an arrest warrant for a 48-year old St. Johns County man for exposure late Friday.


Vincent E. Tristram, 48, of St. Augustine, was arrested and booked into the County Jail on a charge of exposure of sexual organs.

Tristram has previous arrests and other incidents for this type of alleged behavior.
